The mentor level of the Lightning PathTM curriculum is designed to train Lightning PathTM professionals. This level is for people (psychologists, social workers, day care workers, massage therapists, etc.) who are interested in taking the sophisticated and authentic spirituality of the Lightning PathTM to a professional level. By engaging in mentor level training you will develop the skills and abilities you need to provide sophisticated, grounded, and professional quality spiritual counseling to those individuals needing solid guidance and assistance.
Lightning PathTM Mentors are individuals who have read all the core, intermediate, and advanced materials (this includes books and ancillary articles), have a good understanding of the significance and importance of LP concepts, have put into practice the meditations, and have processed issues and fears. Lightning PathTM mentors have cleared away the veil of concepts, ideas, and archetypes that prevent the physical unit from connecting with their resident consciousness, are in touch with their higher selves, and act in accordance.
Mentor training requires that you study Lightning Path Training (LPT) modules that expand and elaborate upon information provided in the first three levels of Lightning PathTM training. There is also a Lightworker ethics and professional conduct module, and a practicum requirement. Evaluation of your progress as an LP Mentor is accomplished in two stages. Stage One evaluation is a professional portfolio which you develop as you study and which you hand in when you feel you are ready to graduate. Stage Two evaluation is conducted as you work on your LPT Practicum.
LP mentor training is self paced and non-exclusionary. Nobody is failed out of the program. Weakness are addressed and guidance is provided to ensure that everybody who remains focused and committed will graduate the program. Train and study at your own rate, ask for guidance and assistance when you feel blocked, or do not understand, and graduate when you feel you are ready.
Completion of the mentor programs earns you certification as a Certified LP Mentor. Certified mentors receive a certification of completion. In addition, their professional contact information will be included in the LP Mentor database for those seeking assistance in their local area.
